SIDF Lean Manufacturing Program

Program Overview:
The SIDF Lean Manufacturing Program aims the provide training and then practical application of the Lean Manufacturing Tools & Techniques. Starting with classroom training to build understanding of the Lean Manufacturing tools and techniques, then helping the participants to apply these learnings to their own factory and to improve their own process through application of the tools and support and coaching to maximize both the learnings and benefits. 
To date SIDF has worked with over 30 companies and generated a financial impact over SR300M.

Target Audience: Manufacturing Companies wanting to improve their Operational Performance.
Content aimed at Owners, Production Managers, Operations Managers and SIDF Employees.

Program Learning Outcomes:
Participants will build the capability to Optimize, People, Processes & Assets is essential to build sustainable & competitive industry. Lean Manufacturing enhances the capability to develop operations that use performance intelligence to improve agility, reliability, and efficiency building operational resilience and competitiveness by improving productivity and quality whilst reducing waste & costs. Participants will then be supported in the practical application of these tools and techniques to generate real improvements for their own business. It is the foundation for automation and digitization.
