Project Management Professional (PMP)

This course will explore the modern and popular project management practices related to Project Management Institute Body of Knowledge (PMBOK). The principles discussed in this program may be applied to any new complex activity or project. In class projects and exercises are intended to increase practical experience concerning the topics of the training program.

      Target Audience:

To provide participants who are interested with the skills and capabilities that enable them to use modern scientific methods and approaches for managing projects effectively, and to apply this knowledge in practical tasks and in managing various projects in our daily professional and scientific lives.

Learning Outcomes:

·        Knowledge of how to develop a project from its inception to completion.

·        To be able to set up a project budget, cost, schedule and perform risk assessment.

·        To explore real world experience factors related to successful management of a projects

·       Ability to use MS Project and MS Visio software.
