Working Capital Management

Working capital management is key to making sure a business has enough cash for day-to-day operations. Business professional and organization leaders involved in decision-making need a better understanding on the financial operations of a business and the key is to understand and manage working capital in an efficient manner to improve liquidity, operations and various related areas and the value of the firm.
