Lean Manufacturing

The SIDF Lean Manufacturing Program aims to provide practical training of the Lean Manufacturing Tools & Techniques. Starting with classroom training to build understanding of the Lean Manufacturing tools and techniques, the content includes simulations and real examples to maximize the learnings.

      Target Audience:

   Manufacturing Companies wanting to improve their Operational Performance. Content aimed at Owners, Production Managers, Operations Managers and SIDF Employees.

Participants will build the capability to Optimize, People, Processes & Assets is essential to build sustainable & competitive industry. Lean Manufacturing enhances the capability to develop operations that use performance intelligence to improve agility, reliability, and efficiency building operational resilience and competitiveness by improving productivity and quality whilst reducing waste & costs. Participants will then be supported in the practical application of these tools and techniques to generate real improvements for their own business. It is the foundation for automation and digitization.
