Change Management for Executives

The Change Management Program equips participants with essential concepts and frameworks for effective change management. It covers key models like Kotter’s 8-Step, ADKAR, and Lewin’s Change Model, focusing on leadership role, employee engagement, and evaluation of change initiatives. Through practical activities, including simulations and case studies, participants will learn to apply these principles in real world scenarios.

A leader of change initiatives, a manager involved in a change initiative, or supporting your team in executing the strategy and spearheading a transformation.
