Lean Manufacturing

The Program aims to provide training and then practical application of the Lean Manufacturing Tools & Techniques. Starting with classroom training to build understanding of the Lean Manufacturing tools and techniques, then helping the participants to apply these learnings to their own factory and to improve their own process through application of the tools and support and coaching to maximize both the learnings and benefits.
